Materials: Wood panel, cotton string, acrylic on fabric/paper
Green Fields is composed on a painted base where splashes of yellow‑green and dark lines evoke a loose, organic ground. On top of this surface, four square blocks are carefully arranged, each one tightly wrapped with cotton string in different alignments and shades of green.
Horizontal, vertical, and striped patterns create a quiet choreography of tone and rhythm, like cultivated plots seen from above or fragments of woven landscape. The work holds a dialogue between order and growth: rigorous, repetitive wrapping becomes a way to trace the many layers of nature, memory, and care contained within a single, measured grid.
